SECTION #4: TEAM & PLAYER RULES

Rule 28 . Each team must submit a completed TEAM ROSTER FORM and every player must complete and sign the League Registration Form and the League Agreement and Waiver Contract before they will be permitted to play in any league game. 

Rule 29 . All players on the roster must be properly registered before they can participate in league play.  

Rule 30 . Team can have up to 10 players on their team roster.  A team will forfeit any game in which it uses an unregistered player not on its team roster.

Rule 31 . No changes in team's roster will be permitted after the teams fOURTH game.

Rule 32. Every player in the league must  wear his team's color shirt to be allowed to play in a league game.

Rule 33 . Every player in the league must have an official league uniform (the league provides 10 shirts to teams paid in full - extra shirts $20.00 each).

Rule 34 . League score sheets are preprinted with each player's number before each game.  Therefore, players must wear their team shirt with their number to each league game.  failure to do so will result in a FIVE shot administrative technical foul.  In Play-Offs, you must have your team's uniform or you will not play.  The coach is responsible to see that all of his payers suited up with the correct number entered in the official score sheet before the game has started.  Remember player must wear team color shirt to play in the game (regular season: $5.00/five Technical Free Throws for other team when you do not have teams shirt.)

Rule 35 . Each team must have a two contact people that can be easily reached by telephone, and email if possible who will be responsible to speak for the team and disseminate information on league matters.

Rule 36 . The league will do everything it can to assist teams with their scheduling needs, however it it impossible for a league to function properly unless some teams play during times that are not ideal for them.  Therefore, once a game is scheduled and set by the league, teams are required to show up for their team's scheduled games, when and where they are scheduled.  If your team can not make the required game, the team can forfeit without any penalty fees if they let Glenn know more then 24 hours in advance.

Rule 37 . Each team must bring a ball to warm-up with.  The GAME BALL will be the OFFICIAL GAME BALL OF the AMERICAN BASKETBALL ASSOCIATION (ABA).  TEAMS ARE NOT TO REPORT TO GYMS ANY MORE THAN 15 MINUTES BEFORE THEIR SCHEDULED GAME TIMES.
