SECTION #9: FORFEITS
Rule 63 . The game clock will start at the scheduled game time, if a team is NOT READY TO PLAY the game after 24 minutes has run off the game clock the unprepared team will forfeit the game.
Rule 64 . Any team that FORFEITS THREE games will be expelled from the league.
Rule 65 . Any team that has forfeited a game will not be allowed to play its NEXT game until it has repaid the FORFEIT FEE of $55 in addition to $55 ref fee for the game they're about to play.
